Notice Of Books Closure For Interim Dividend

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of FibreChem Technologies Limited (the "Company") will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 6 September 2007 for the preparation of dividend warrants.

Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Transfer Agent, Lim Associates (Pte) Ltd at 3 Church Street #08-01, Samsung Hub, Singapore 049483 up to 5.00 p.m. on 6 September 2007 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the said dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 6 September 2007 will be entitled to the proposed dividend.

The interim dividend will be paid on 21 September 2007.
