The Directors of FibreChem Technologies Limited are pleased to announce that at the Special General Meeting held on 31 August 2007, the resolution relating to the matters set out in the Notice of SGM dated 6 August 2007 attached to the circular dated 6 August 2007 in respect of the Performance Share Plan was duly passed by the Shareholders.
