Incorporation Of Subsidiary

The Board of Directors of FibreChem Technologies Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that its subsidiary, Honglin International Company Limited, has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary on 28 September 2007, namely Taka Internazionale S.r.l, in Italy. The new subsidiary was incorporated with an initial registered capital of 10,000 Euros.

The above transaction is not expected to have a material impact on the net earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2007.

None of the Directors (and their associates) has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said transaction.
