Resolutions Passed At The Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to Clause 704(14) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, the Board of Directors of Fibrechem Technologies Limited wishes to announce that all the resolutions that have been put to vote were duly passed at the Annual General Meeting today.
