Change Of Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Fibrechem Technologies Limited wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Lynn Wan Tiew Leng as Company Secretary in place of Ms Sophia Lim Siew Fay with effect from 30 April 2008.

Following the aforesaid change, the Company Secretaries shall be Mr Christopher Tan Seng Kiat and Ms Lynn Wan Tiew Leng.
