* Silver Act Overseas Limited holds the shares in the name of CIMB GK Securities Pte Ltd, UOB Nominees Pte Ltd, HL Bank (Nominees) Pte Ltd and Morgan Stanley (S) Securities Pte Ltd.
@ NewSmith Capital GP Limited is deemed to have an interest in 92,000,000 shares by virtue of it being the general partner of NewSmith Opportunities Private Equity Fund LP, which in turn has a 10.05% shareholding interest in the Company.
@ NewSmith Capital Partners LLP is deemed to have a total interest in 103,226,000 shares through:
  • its 100% shareholding in NewSmith Capital GP Limited, the general partner of NewSmith Opportunities Private Equity Fund LP, which in turn has a 10.05% shareholding interest in the Company;
  • its 100% shareholding in NewSmith Asset Management LLP, the manager of NewSmith Opportunities Private Equity Fund LP, which in turn has a 10.05% shareholding interest in the Company;
  • its 100% shareholding in NewSmith Capital Partners (Asia) Pte Ltd, which in turn holds 3,040,000 shares;
    • and
  • its direct interest of 8,186,000 shares.
